Well to start off. Fleet Akasaki was my very first apartment away from home and from day one. The personnels there was just awesome. You guys hold become welcome me here not knowing who I was and I not knowing who you are but you all had taken good care of me especially while I was out of the area on deployment. I would love to come back here anytime and I would highly recommend anyone to rent here. Thank you very much for taking good care of me. Love always.

I love everything about Fleet Akasaki!
In fact, Me and my husband are consider it to be the best housing we’ve stayed in.
We love the very friendly and accommodating staff, who are so much willing to extend their hands for help whenever you need them.
I also love the smiles of everyone in the community.
I bring my daughter to the bus stop every morning, and people, even kids, we see along street greet us cheerfully.
We also like that Fleet Akasaki provides bus, which makes it so convenient for us to go to and from the base.
And of course, we love our house, which was a home for us for 3years.
It was so comfortable & lovable in every way.
It is near to a park, a post office & a convenience store.
Given the chance to go back to Sasebo as our next duty station.
We will definitely choose Fleet Akasaki again!

Spacious and Friendly Staff
When I first moved to Sasebo, I was looking for a spacious apartment similar to the United States. After exhaustively searching for an apartment, I found Fleet Akasaki. At my appointment, the friendly staff of Fleet Akasaki, who spoke English, greeted me. I was able to communicate all my needs such as setting up free internet, AFN cable of any incidentals. When I deployed, they were able to manage my apartment and take care of any incidentals. When I returned everything was in working order. I recommend Fleet Akasaki to anyone who would like a spacious apartment with storage and friendly staff.

Loved looking at the beautiful lights
Fleet Akasaki is the best apartment complex to live in Sasebo.
It has very roomy quarters : a huge master bedroom with a great view,
a large living room, and a big kitchen with lots of storage.
The balcony is a gorgeous mountains, bay, and SSK building ships.
I loved looking at the beautiful lights at night.
The showers and bath tab are roomy with excellent water pressure.
The most important part is everyone in the office.
Nana-san, Momo-san and Yoshi-san are always available to help in.
Anyway, and they are so friendly, kind and personable.
I highly recommend Fleet Akasaki! I will miss living here and in Japan♡ Hugs!
Excellent and prompt customer service
We enjoyed living at Fleet Akasaki. The location is very close to Main base, plus there is a free shuttle bus service to base and surrounding shopping. The staff are all very friendly and always provide excellent and prompt customer service. I would highly recommend living at Fleet Akasaki.

Fleet Akasaki is a wonderful place to live!
The staff is extremely helpful and made our experience very enjoyable! The apartments are well taken care of, and if any problems arose the staff was quick to help. The shuttle bus was great resource for transiting to and from base. We highly recommend military members to choose Fleet Akasaki as their temporary home. We have certainly enjoyed our experience here.
Loved living here
Kaiti and I really loved living here at Fleet Akasaki.The staff is very friendly, helpful and always cheery.
I don’t think they ever have a bad day.
The shuttle bus drivers always had a smile for us.
The unit we stayed in was very spacious with good views out over SSK shipyards.
Neighbors were quiet and never had a problem.
Repairs were done on a timely, efficient basis. We will miss everyone here very much.

Well constructed!
This apartment is built for us Americans. The floor layout is excellent. Big balcony, high ceiling and big door. So it is easy to move in and out ! We have been living in this apartment for 3 years and we really enjoy Sasebo life. If you are looking for a spacious place, this is the one !! Oh, I forgot to tell you one more big advantage. Internet service is all free !!

- Bus stop for main base school is easily accessible.

Very Comfortable
We have a small dog, so we wanted a place that was really pet friendly, safe, quiet, and clean. The best thing about this place is the convenience, it cannot be beat. We only have one car but fortunately they have a shuttle bus which saves many mileage and gas. There is the occasional gathering during special holidays and free shopping trips organized by the management office. Also, internet service is free. There are many benefits of staying at “Fleet Akasaki”. It is one of the best choices we’ve made living in Sasebo!

Very comfortable!
I love my place ! Fleet Akasaki is a perfect location for us because it is very close to the main base and the school bus stops right front of our apartment. In addition, the manager is very friendly and helpful.

- This apartment was big enough for my large American style furniture.
- I allowed to have 2 pets.
- Easily accessible with my large vehicle and pretty close to work.
American amenities
- We like living close to the base.
- We like having the american amenities like oven and wi-fi and cable.

Outstanding service and support provided
I would like to thank and commend every member of the staff for the outstanding service and support provided to me during the past year. The staff was always willing and ready to assists when needed. On one occasion, I was unable to get into my unit because I misplaced my keys and I called one of staff to let me into my unit. Also like to mention that the unit I lived in was comfortable. Appliances were in good working condition. The surrounding ground were kept clean. Although I never had a chance to use the shuttle bus service, I noticed that it always ran as scheduled. Notice was given on time when bus service will be unavailable. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience to have lived at Fleet Akasaki.

- I liked Akasaki-cho along with it was central and close to main base.
- The location to the base and has bus to main base.
- Apartment were nice and spacious rooms.
- The apartment came with A/C,Wi-Fi,parking,storage room and refrigerator.

Fleet Akasaki was a nice place to live. Staff that worked a Fleet Akasaki were extremely friendly and informative. In addition, Yoshi-san went above and beyond for any service related calles. Lastly, we really enjoyed Nana-san, and she was always very helpful from the day we moved in until the day we moved out. We will miss living here!
Q. Do you know that you will get charged for damaged wall paper when you move out???

I think the shuttle bus service is a great benefit to the residents. A big reason why I choose Fleet Akasaki.
